You do realize we are responsible for alot of what goes into our minds and eventually becomes a normal thought process? So I thought I would check in with all my peeples and see just what are you reading and watching..
I will go first..
reading – I Dare You, by J.Meyers
reading-Esther in the Bible , by GOD, and studying under Beth Moore for this one.
watching- guilty of Fox News channel, but limiting it to an hour a day, or I could just hang with them all day.
Okay..your turn!!
I read a bunch of books at a time. I am just finishing up two of them, and just started another.
I do not watch much TV except for 24 on Monday nights.
The two books I am just finishing up are From Eternity to Here by Frank Viola. An awesome book I highly recommend every Christian to read.
and.. Messy Spirituality: God’s Annoying Love for Imperfect People by Mike Yaconelli
The one I just started is awesome, it is called The Divine Commodity: Discovery a Faith Beyond Consumer Christianity by Skye Jethani.
Swanny
Watch the youtube video about The Divine Commodity if you are interested… it is a good book to add to your list

A bit of FoxNews in the morning
Doing:
GARDENING and CARDS!!!
I LOVE Spring.
You all rock!! and it looks like you are reading some good things..its so important to remember that what we allow to take into our minds will either help our walk with HIM or build a wall..myself, tired of walls and doing some serious damage to tear them down, and moving on the enemy territory..its all good!
I don’t. Watch. Fox. News.
But I am reading INSIDE OUT by Larry Crabb, A KNOCK AT MIDNIGHT by The Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., and THE RETURN OF THE PRODIGAL SON: A STORY OF HOMECOMING by Henri J. M. Nouwen.
And a few blogs. Just discovered a pretty good one, in fact.
The last book I read was Jim Harrison’s “The English Major”. A 60 year old high school teacher leaves his cheating wife, his farm, lost in a shady real estate deal, and goes on the road to see America.
I am finishing “The Dunkard’s Walk” by Physicis Leonard Mlodinow, the book my science book club will be discussing this month. It’s about the mathematical laws of randomness.
I have not watched a movie several months. I did watch the final episode of Battlestar Galatica, which I had saved on my DVR.
TV – Mentalist, Lie to Me, Bones & Fringe are my current favorite shows.
