Okay, I am in a post Holiday slump..I have my blanky, I have my spot on the couch, I have no plans today(and I don’t want any), I have way to many random questions. Looking at you to give me some ideas and solutions…yah, for real…

~Holiday blahs? Quite a long time…I may be out of it by next Christmas.
~I just take it as it comes. Every day has enough trouble of its own.
~I try to find normalcy everyday.
~I never seem to know what day it is.
~I am a Christ follower, although recently I’ve defined myself more as a Christ worshiper. Not sure why. Admiration of His amazing love causes me to bow low.
~Sometimes. I would more if I were healthier. I love our church. It is truly a place where they accept hurting people. I need that.
~Games…don’t do games well…sorry.

-Do you long for normalcy after holidays? You know by now I am not normal… Or maybe I am normal and everyone else is crazy.
-Have you ever forgotten what day it is? Today is always today for me. Makes it easy to remember.
-Are you a Christ Follower? Disciple through and through.
-Do you attend church, why or why not? Yes… Connecting with other believers is important and my church does a good job at this. Plus it is a 100% Bible belief and Truth church which is rare for a church its size.
Games… I am trying to figure out how to do a scavenger hunt of some sort.

-How long does it take you to come out of the Holiday blah syndrome? Usually it takes a few months. By Easter, when the daffodils start coming out I get more back to normal. I think it has more to do with the cold and darkness than the holidays though.
-Do you have a new plan to attack this new year, or do you just take it as it comes? Nope. Except I want to lose weight and exercise more.
-Do you long for normalcy after holidays? Yes and no. I kind of wish the holiday excitement could continue, because January seems to stretch out with snow and cold.

Surprisingly, I am not suffering holiday blahs.
My plan this year is to spend as much time in the word and in prayer as I can.
I am in the normality right now except that the tree is still up.
I have not forgotten the day, only things people say to me.
I am definitly a christ follower.
I am currently attending a home church. There is six adults and four children.
As far as a new game plan, I do not have any idea?

I get out of the holidays quickly. I am a poor follower of Jesus. I left the church because it was stopping me following Christ. What I found in church I didn’t see in the bible, so I had to move on. I now feel like I have an authentic real faith.

No new plan of attack for 2009 but was challenged in church this morning to think bigger this year so I think i’ll give that a go
Long for normality after any holiday but Christmas especially. As soon as 26th December has passed thats it for me, tree down, presents away and desperately in need of normal routine etc…. although after a few weeks of normal routine I’m longing for something different! Kids back to school though soon which will soon bring back the routine.
I forgot what day it was on Friday (hence my blog of “music for a monday”) as after new years day and my husband going back to work it did feel like Monday.
Yes I’m a Christ follower and yes I attend church the latter of which I find more difficult!

I meet with the church regularly, yeah… every time I meet another believer online (where the 2 or 3 are gathered…) but I also meet with a group of friends in each other’s homes, like in Acts. Why? I’d die without them! 🙂 Seriously, I have definitely seen the error of going it alone, and I don’t want it!

How long does it take you to come out of the Holiday blah syndrome?–not sure I get the holiday blahs. I quit everything of my ordinary routine life that I can, watch more football games in two weeks than I do in 6 months. By the time they are over, I am more than ready to get back to routine.
-Do you have a new plan to attack this new year, or do you just take it as it comes?–the only thing I ever work on is getting the date on my checks correct. Otherwise, it is only that one day has rolled into another.
