**People who are already late for work, and drive around the bus and flip me off!
**When adults throw gum on the ground like I want to walk in that!
**Birds who think my white car won’t show thier crap so they have poop party!
**My dog who thinks that because it is spring she should run loose in the neighborhood and meet the neighbors, who really don’t want to meet her!
**My boss sends me to a mandatory boring saftey meeting, and I have to hurry to make it on time, only to find out I am two days early!
**Gray hairs that insist on not staying colored, and have the nerve to stand up and wave at me in the mirror!
**Teachers with attitudes who insist on picking on my daughter(who by the way is the only one I have that will cry when you look at her wrong)!
**Fuel prices!
**Presidential candidates who think PA is a bitter state due to lack of work, so we hang on to religion and gun control! What!! This is considered to be an intelligent person!! I have always been able to get a good job, and there is work in PA if you want to work..Religion is my choice, and if you take all the guns away only criminals will have them!!!! DUH!! (oh he would just come close enough for me to SMACK him!!)
Yes I am slightly stress out at the moment, but I will be fine in 10..9..8..7..6..5..4..3..2..1 ahhhhhhhhhhhh much better! Something really awesome did happen, I received a package from my Brandy! and I have the neatest decal for my car that says “I’m Daddys girl” and a card that made me cry and then praise God for his kiss and hug that came through her.. A good rant always helps me to focus on the good things and get a new perspective…try it RANT!

And just remember darling Darla that those people that flip you off, probably don’t know the Lord. The gum you [almost] stepped in might be from a broken-hearted little girl that accidentally dropped her only piece. The poop on your white car comes from one of God’s glorious creations. Your dog loves you unconditionally because you simply speak to her. Your boss may have so many things on his/her mind from the lack of Peace you know all about. Gray hair is God’s crown of glory. Teachers are people too (many of them Lost) dealing with our children’s generation; lack of respect, love, kindness, and appreciation. Your daughter will someday be one of your best friends. Insanely high fuel prices may seem to take your money, but God is bigger than the fuel prices or your budget. And remember God loves you no matter what!
By the way…you live in PA? We are moving ‘closer’ to you very soon! We are moving to the family farm in Ohio!
Lori- people who pass a moving school bus in a hurry could kill our children riding the bus, Yes jesus loves them and Yes I am trying…the gum I did step in, and it was in the bus parking lot with no children….my dog is anything but faithful. I think I feel a lesson from God in all this..but maybe tomorrow!

Yes Darla, we have internet now!! At least we have our OWN internet today! 😉 haha! I have been SO LUCKY and BLESSED to find wifi connections this whole time. I am so glad!!
And like you, if I have internet, I don’t need the phone really……although I can’t wait to talk to my mom tomorrow when our phone gets hooked up! 😉 I miss her voice. So does Dylan, he was crying for her today. 😦 So sad.
I feel for your daughter and those teachers. I was the kind of kid that LOVED her teachers, so to have a mean teacher really cut me to the core. My mom knew that if there was a teacher that I was having a problem with, they had to be bad b/c usually I adored all my teachers. Mean teachers can really dampen a spirit. 😦 I feel for her! I really do!
I agree, every once in a while we need to let the air out of our tires. Then we refresh with new air. But, this is why we are humans seeking God’s grace. I know today is a better day for ya. Love Tanya
I am late to comment, I know, but I agree that there is nothing like a good rant to clear the air and get a fresh outlook on where we stand. I am probably going to get a good slap for saying this BUT, I haven’t had to rant for some time now! UGH!
I hope I won’t be eating these words soon. 🙂 Lord knows I have had my share of these in my 60 years on this earth:) Who hasn’t? But I am discovering that God is faithful to me after a good rant. I can hear His still, small whisper a lot more clearly with the junk out of my head. I love you Darla and hope that the bus is buzzing along with blessings for you.
